Paddington draws in Nick Jr. kids
The Adventures of Paddington becomes the most successful series launch in Australia on Nick Jr.
Legendary British character Paddington bear has become success all over again with a new animated series becoming the most successful series launch in Australia on Nick Jr. to date.
The Adventures of Paddington series premiered on Monday to a total of 35,700, a 47.5% share of children 0-4, exceeding the launch of PAW Patrol by +185%.
It ranked #1 amongst children 0-4 in its time-slot within the STV platform and almost doubled the time-slot average share.
While preschoolers made up 59% of the audience, Nick Jr.’s share amongst children 5-12 was up 70% versus previous 6 weeks time-slot average and +86% vs channel average.
