Seven scores back to back weeks

Ratings: Seven News, Big Brother and AFL drive a network win, while others wind back on episodes.

Seven has scored back to back ratings weeks thanks to Seven News, Big Brother and AFL.

It was also a week in which Nine and 10 dialled back on premium content, as networks adjusted to production shutdowns.

Seven drew its biggest shares on Thursday and Friday, while Sunday was best for Nine and Monday for 10.

Last week NITV also drew a 0.9% share on Friday for a Slow TV replay, up from its average of 0.2%.

Seven led the demos 16-39 and 25-54.

Seven won Tuesday – Saturday, while Nine claimed Sunday and Monday. ABC bettered 10 on Friday & Saturday.

Seven led in Melbourne, Adelaide & Perth. Nine won Sydney & Brisbane.

Seven: Seven News (Sun: 1.15m), Big Brother (Tues eviction: 807,000), Home and Away (655,000) and Seven’s AFL (633,000).

Nine: Nine News (Sun: 1.06m), The Voice (Mon: 939,000), 60 Minutes (777,000) and A Current Affair (652,000).

10: MasterChef Australia (Mon / Tues tie: 954,000), Have You Been Paying Attention? (801,000), The Project (7pm: 509,000) and Bondi Rescue (486,000).

ABC: ABC News (Sat: 787,000), Back Roads (682,000), 7:30 (579,000) and Four Corners (531,000).

SBS: Who Do You Think You Are? (352,000), Tony Robinson’s World by Rail (325,000), Insight (250,000) and David Attenborough: India’s Wild Eden (227,000).
