Masked Singer leads close reality battle

Ratings: All 3 Reality shows were in the 700,000s last night. Nine wins Monday.

All three Reality shows were in the 700,000s last night.

The Masked Singer won its slot with 767,000 viewers, rising to 929,000 for the reveal of singer Christine Anu and topped the demos. Anu was not tipped by any of the panel (but some viewers were wise to it).

That was ahead of Australian Ninja Warrior: State of Origin won by WA (736,000), Farmer Wants a Wife (719,000), 7:30 (650,000) and Australian Story (588,000).

Later Have You Been Paying Attention? drew 712,000 then Four Corners (583,000), Media Watch (567,000) and 9-1-1: Lone Star (304,000).

Elsewhere numbers tightened in Breakfast TV with Today at a 4 month high.

Nine network won Monday with 27.0% then Seven 25.0%, 10 21.4%, ABC 18.3% and SBS 8.3%.

Nine News (1.03m / 994,000) was best for Nine then A Current Affair (777,000) and Hot Seat (568,000 / 344,000). Footy Classified was 144,000 in 3 cities with Witness to Disaster at 128,000 in two cities.

Seven News was #1 with 1.17m / 1.11m for Seven. The Chase (654,000 / 403,000) and Home and Away (626,000) followed. Chicago Fire was 194,000 while Flashpoint in Perth drew 47,000.

The Project drew 576,000 / for 10. 10 News First was 418,000 / 287,000. Just for Laughs: Uncut was 285,000.

ABC News won its slot on 806,000. Q&A (327,000), The Drum (196,000) followed.

On SBS it was The Blitz: Britain On Fire (209,000), SBS World News (202,000) 24 Hours In Emergency (144,000) and Mastermind (109,000).

NCIS led multichannels at 202,000.
