studio Ten seems to ignore what the home audience wants. The show was doing well when the guy who invented the show was in control then he was sacked. Since then the show has gone downhill slowly. I still think Sarah and Joe are the best hosts.
Wow. Bachelor lowest ever numbers in both total people and 16-39’s.
Those changes to Studio 10 can’t come soon enough! Joe is ideal for a ‘hot topics’ segment but isn’t host material like Karl, Larry or Kochie. I wonder if the EP Tamara will be tasked with the revamp considering the ratings decline under her watch?
Is Studio 10’s biggest problem is that it is basically a one-hour show stretched to fill 4 hours?
Well length is one issue yes.
Why is length an issue? Just like Sunrise which 3.5 hrs long, no one really watches the whole show.
Completely different.
Sunrise viewers tune in to see the overnight news and segments in between their Coco Pops, Colgate and grabbing the car keys.
Studio 10 viewers are less likely to be going anywhere, so are more likely to be there for the entire show (the visual radio talk show for those wanting company)
