The first of two special episodes of Euphoria will be fast tracked on Binge, from December.
A second series was previously commissioned with production slated to commence in 2021 but meanwhile, “Trouble Don’t Last Always”, will deal with the aftermath of Rue (Zendaya) leaving Jules (Hunter Schafer) at the train station. It will also follow Rue as she celebrates the holiday season.
Binge Executive Director, Alison Hurbert-Burns said: “Euphoria is one of the biggest hits of the year and has established a huge cult following here in Australia. It’s consistently one of the most popular titles on Binge.
“Brought to life with exceptional performances, including from Emmy-award winner Zendaya, Euphoria is compelling viewing and we can’t wait to provide fans with these special episodes before what’s set to be a captivating Season 2.”
Monday 7 December on Binge (FOX Showcase is yet to confirm the same date).
