FOX League: NRL Grand Final Week 2020

Here's the week ahead on FOX League, before Penrith Panthers take on Melbourne Storm.

Here is the schedule for the 2020 NRL Premiership Week on FOX League, as Penrith Panthers take on Melbourne Storm at ANZ Stadium.

The best news program in the game – NRL 360, will deliver every angle of the build-up and the reaction with co-hosts Ben Ikin and Paul Kent for the biggest breaking news and analysis – tonight, Wednesday and 24 hours after the game in a GF review special.

on Thursday at 6.30pm Finals Footy with Matty Johns has some fun and a look back at the 2020 season with Matty Johns, Gorden Tallis, Nathan Hindmarsh and Bryan Fletcher. They’re joined in studio by 2019 Grand Finalist and Raiders hooker Josh Hodgson to give a GF preview like only they can.

As the weekend begins and kick-off nears, FOX League will countdown the Top 10 Greatest Grand Finals of all time as voted by the public, on Saturday at 12.30pm.

From Benji’s flick pass in 2005, to Thurston’s conversion after the siren hitting the post in 2015, or Darren Albert’s winning try for the Knights in 1997 – nothing will get you in a better mood.

FOX League begins the big day from 8.00am day with the Top 5 Grand Finals of the 80’s and 90’s, the masterclass final day performances of Cooper Cronk, Andrew Johns, Billy Slater leading into the NRLW 2020 Grand Final, hosted by Hannah Hollis – Live on FOX League.

It’s over to the best in the game, before the big game, at 5.30pm when Yvonne Sampson hosts premiership winners Cooper Cronk, Braith Anasta and Michael Ennis on Finals Footy on FOX – Grand Final Preview.

  1. Ridiculous that Foxtel can’t show grand final or state of origin live.
    Of course these are major events and should be available on free to air tv, but why cant Foxtel also show as well?
    Bathurst was shown on both Foxtel and fre to air! Should be same for NRL and AFL. we are not talking huge nubers of viewers so why not allow it?

      1. Not quite. The anti-siphoning law requires free to air TV to get first dibs at the rights to the NRL Grand Final, but it doesn’t prevent a simulcast. The thing preventing the simulcast is that Nine paid for exclusive live rights. Fox can (and will) show a replay starting shortly after the final whistle.
