Gogglebox, Bachelorette lead Thursday slots

Ratings: Gogglebox tops entertainment. Seven wins quiet Thursday.

It was a quiet Thursday in viewing last night but 10 shows led in key timeslots.

Gogglebox was best in entertainment stakes at 613,000 viewers.

The Bachelorette (543,000) also won ahead of an extended Home & Away (459,000 from 7pm), Paramedics (403,000), Budget Reply (391,000), 7:30 (335,000) and Queen Victoria’s Slum (192,000).

Trailing Gogglebox were Kings Cross ER (341,000 / 287,000), Escape from the City (327,000), and The Front Bar (310,000).

143,000 watched the Vice Presidential Debate on ABC News, just outranking 131,000 on SBS.

Seven network won Thursday with 29.1% then Nine 24.6%, 10 22.3%, ABC 15.7% and SBS 8.4%.

Seven News was #1 at 970,000 / 947,000. The Chase was 501,000 / 301,000 with The Latest at 255,000.

Nine News was 891,000 / 878,000 for Nine. A Current Affair led its slot at 722,000 then Hot Seat (489,000 / 305,000).  Botched was 248,000.

The Project drew 481,000 /323,000. 10 News First was 328,000 / 244,000 and Drunk History drew 159,000.

ABC News was 665,000 for ABC. Sammy J (274,000), The Drum (164,000) and Secrets of the Museum (163,000) followed.

On SBS it was SBS World News (168,000), Fargo (105,000) and Mastermind (74,000).

7mate’s Harry Potter movie led multichannels at 172,000.
