Josh Gibson, Scherri-Lee Biggs join Celebrity Apprentice Australia

Nine surprises reality cast by throwing two more faces into the mix.

Two more faces have joined Celebrity Apprentice Australia.

Former AFL player Josh Gibson (I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here) and former Miss Universe Australia and Nine News Perth weather presenter Scherri-Lee Biggs have been added to the cast.

The two were added as a surprise twist for the existing cast including Lisa and Jess Origliasso, Ross Noble, Shaynna Blaze, David Genat & Anthony Callea.

On Instagram, Josh Gibson said, “I can finally reveal that I’ve joined the cast to film @celebrityapprentice for 2021. I’ll be up against these 13 celebrities trying to impress @lord_sugar to take out the title and at the same time, raise as much money as i can for my charity, which is @myroomccc. My Room is dedicated to raising funds to achieve a 100% cure rate for childhood cancers. We know this shows all about your little black book. If i have your number saved lookout… you might just be receiving a call soon!!!”

Filming continues in Sydney.

  1. “If i have your number saved lookout… you might just be receiving a call soon!!!”

With his cavalcade of ex’s, there will be lots of calls made. As long as he doesn’t call Renee when she’s live on ‘The Voice’… or Buddy when he’s, well, collecting his millions from the Swans.

  2. They couldn’t get David Hasselhoff this time round is see. Never heard of Scherri-Lee Biggs. Maybe Omarosa from the US version may want to join the show. She’s also done Big Brother.

  3. Hard pass. Not a single cast member (so far) is someone I care to see on this show. A ‘regular’ season with Janine Ellis would have been a massive switch on.

      1. Not at all. The ‘non-celebrity’ Aussie versions of The Apprentice were pretty good. Also, really not a fan of bringing in an international like Alan Sugar to the helm when there’s a few decent Aussies who could have done it. There’s no reason to care for the outcome at all with this one.

      1. You answered your own question above as to why not…because it’s a national show and she’s the local weather presenter on Perth news. That’s before I read she was Miss Universe Aus so maybe she has a higher profile than I thought.
