11 year old French singer Valentina has won Junior Eurovision which was conducted remotely by Polish broadcaster TVP.
Her performance of ‘J’Imagine’ drew a combined score of 200 points from the expert juries and online voting.
Karakat from Kazakhstan came in second place with 152 votes followed by Soleá from Spain who finished in third place with 133 points. A new record was reached with over 4.5 million votes cast in this year’s competition.
Junior Eurovision 2020 saw 12 countries perform, but Australia did not participate.
It is currently not scheduled to screen in Australia.

Hi David,
Her song name was ‘J’Imagine’.
Valentina won with “J’imagine”. Move the World was the group song all the participants sung together.
The whole show was incredibly done especially making it through the pandemic!
All things considered, it was quite a decent show I think. And, the winning song was quite the little bop.
