Jonathan Rhys Meyers, arrested, released after DUI.

Former Tudors star Jonathan Rhys Meyers was arrested for Driving Under the Influence after getting into a minor car crash in Malibu on Sunday.

He since has been released.

Los Angeles Police who attended felt Meyers, 43, appeared intoxicated and issued a sobriety test, which he failed.

The Irish actor has reportedly struggled with alcohol abuse for years. In 2018, he was detained following a dispute with his wife aboard an American Airlines flight.

He is also well-known for Vikings, Roots and Dracula.
