With Queensland reopening the border to Sydney it’s an emotional time for many, including for on-camera folk.
On The Morning Show, Angela Cox fought back tears when Larry Emdur said she would be able to visit her mother Larelle, who is battling cancer.
Kylie Gillies is also looking forward to visiting her parents for Christmas.
“The are hundreds, thousands of people like us who have just been waiting such a long time,” she said.
