Friday’s Living Room helps out a couple whose horse riding business was hit hard by drought and COVID.

This week on The Living Room, the team head off to Sofala. A town that was the centre of Australia’s gold rush back in 1851.

These days, it’s home to Sasha and Brian who run horse riding business, Chesleigh Homestead. Having been running for the last 40 years, they’ve recently been hit hard after a shocking drought, and now Covid. So it was time to stop horsing around and send in boys to help out!

Chris and Miguel get to work on renovating a cabin and turning it into a space where Sasha and Brian can get away from it all. However, after Miguel accidentally staples his shirt to the floor, it’s not long before old stallion, Barry sends in his team to get the job done properly! Amanda gets a whip cracking lesson from Australian whip cracking champion, Daniel Wicks.

And Australian performer, Shannon Noll drops in for a natter and a round of Guest That Gadget!

7:30pm Friday on 10.
