Neighbours: summer promo

Neighbours will screen weeknights across summer.

Neighbours has built a summer promo around cast member Benny Turland as Hendrix, to publicise the fact it will screen every weeknight across summer -updated: except Xmas Day / NY Day.

Get ready for a sweltering heat wave! The temperature is rising in Erinsborough as the residents of Ramsay Street prepare for their steamiest, sauciest and most suspenseful summer yet.

With the return of Amy Greenwood (Jacinta Stapleton) after 20 years away from Erinsborough, things are heating up between Jane (Annie Jones) and Clive (Geoff Paine), juicy secrets continue to haunt Nicolette (Charlotte Chimes) and Hendrix (Benny Turland) runs into trouble at every turn.

So, what better way to tease months’ worth of “ohhhs” and “ahhhs” than with a Neighbours style music video starring Hendrix (Benny Turland), the teen with his finger in every drama filled pie?

Benny Turland has performed with international superstars including Kelly Rowland, Rita Ora and the Ziegler sisters, and he’s put his best foot forward as he bursts through Erinsborough with his most impressive moves yet.

6:30pm weeknights on 10 Peach.

  1. I don’t get it. The reason they went all year round in the first place is because of a deal with the UK. As the UK were three weeks behind, I thought surely a Christmas break would have been a perfect time to break here and let them catch up. I certainly wish they did. As much as I love the show, I miss my short summer break this time of year.

    1. Because behind the scenes stories were already plotted, written and filmed months ago unaware what 5 were planning. As pre covid, 5 would’ve shown Neighbours at Christmas this year but have changed their plans even more.

  2. Meanwhile Channel 5 in the UK is losing pace with our sceeenings, after a pre-emptive dropping of episodes when Neighbours had its brief production pause, despite episode output / Australian screenings not being affected

Now a Christmas break in the UK is planned, bringing them 4 weeks behind like in the old days.
