“What a ride we had…#TeamDelta lives on in my heart”

Delta all but confirms she is not returning to The Voice, as she sets up her own production company.

Delta Goodrem has all but confirmed she will not be appearing in The Voice when it relaunches on Seven in 2021.

In an instagram post she confirms launching her own production company Atled Productions, to create entertainment with Nine, and acknowledges her nine years on The Voice as she looks to new chapters.

“2021 here we come! This has been a dream for a very long time and I’m so excited to share that I’ve launched my own production company, Atled Productions, and together with my longtime partners and friends at @channel9 we will be creating and producing entertainment projects. My team and I are excited to partner with Nine on this new chapter and I’m so proud to share with you our first project, Christmas With Delta. We’ve got some great things in development that I can’t wait to share with you soon!

“As we fast approach the end of this most unpredictable year, I reflect on the silver lining for me, personally – pushing myself creatively and trying new things. I am coming for you 2021 and I couldn’t be more excited

“What a ride we had red chair! One of the most powerful gifts of my nine year journey on The Voice has been finding my own voice amongst all of it. The heart, the dreams people shared, the exceptional talent and the constant inspiration of being around music – so many magic moments that I am so proud of and I am truly grateful for it all. Wishing everyone all the best for a great season ahead. #TeamDelta lives on in my heart and now onto a very exciting new chapter …. XxD”

Goodrem also features in her first self-produced special Christmas with Delta, screening this Saturday, in partnership with Tourism Australia.

  1. A good run for Delta and probably wise to not be part of the show at this time. Love her or hate her she was a stable fixture to a heavily scripted talent show. The trouble with The Voice is that it is yet to produce a true music star with a hit in the charts and longevity for a week after the show has wrapped up. Nothing like the Idol or Popstar days…

  2. Love her or loathe her – she is the Voice. They tried to replace her with Kylie in S3, failed abysmally. Good on her for jumping off the sinking ship.

  3. I liked Delta and valued what she brought to the show. She was warm and kind. I was part of the catering team for The Voice some years ago and she sent word she did love my desserts – but that’s not why I like her on the show! Ha!
