Film Coming 2 America, which sees Eddie Murphy reprise his character, the prince of Zamunda, will screen on Amazon Prime in March.
Arsenio Hall also reprises his trusted confidante Semmi -both play multiple roles.
The cast also features Jermaine Fowler, Leslie Jones, Tracy Morgan, KiKi Layne, Shari Headley, with Wesley Snipes and James Earl Jones plus John Amos, Teyana Taylor, Vanessa Bell Calloway, Paul Bates, Nomzamo Mbatha, Bella Murphy.
Set in the lush and royal country of Zamunda, newly-crowned King Akeem (Eddie Murphy) and his trusted confidante Semmi (Arsenio Hall) embark on an all-new hilarious adventure that has them traversing the globe from their great African nation to the borough of Queens, New York – where it all began.

Paramount+ will not be on before that date. Sorry
Paramount + launches in the USA on March 04th and we get it mid 2021 according to an announcement today.
And yes the film is a Paramount one however:
“Coming 2 America is scheduled to be released by Prime Video in the United States and Canada on March 5, 2021. The film was initially scheduled to be theatrically released by Paramount Pictures on August 7, 2020, but was pushed back to December 18, 2020, before the COVID-19 pandemic began. On October 13, 2020, Amazon Studios acquired the domestic distribution rights to the film for $125 million, and scheduled a digital release on Prime Video on its current release date, excluding countries where Paramount will handle theatrical distribution.”
I am assuming from this decision that Paramount+ will be on Australian screens before that date. I believe it’s a Paramount product???
Lets see how bad the sequel is. The movie and humor is very 1980s and this doesnt look much better
