Tonight on Dateline, “The People Versus Agent Orange” is a legal battle in the US that stems back to the Vietnam War.

More than 40 years after the end of the Vietnam war, one brave grandmother is suing the US chemical companies that produced Agent Orange, including Dow Chemical and Bayer-Monsanto. Could this case set a precedent for the millions of Vietnamese victims and their children and grandchildren still impacted by the use of this deadly chemical spray?
