Hitch to return to Nine News tomorrow

Nine News presenter Peter Hitchener will return to Nine News anchor chair tomorrow night in Melbourne.

It follows him suffering a migraine last night and unable to complete the bulletin. ‘Hitch,’ 75, received a flood of online well wishes and concern for his health.

On Twitter he said, “Thanks so much for all the support, most grateful. I’m well and resting up today, and look forward to returning to Nine News tomorrow night. Take care.”

It is currently a non-ratings fortnight, meaning some presenters are also taking a break. Take your time, Hitch!
