Castlevania confirms final season

Netflix anime series Castlevania recently confirmed it will conclude with its upcoming fourth season.

Season 4 of the anime series will debut on May 13 and will consist of 10 episodes.

The animated series, based on the classic video game franchise, centres on Trevor Belmont (voiced by Richard Armitage), the last surviving member of a disgraced clan that is trying to save Eastern Europe from extinction at the hands of Dracula himself, Vlad Tepes (Graham McTavish).

The cast also includes James Callis, Alejandra Reynoso, Emily Swallow, Theo James, Adetokumboh M’Cormack and Jaime Murray.

Variety suggests Netflix is looking at potentially developing a new show set in the Castlevania universe that would feature a new set of characters.
