Gogglebox tops entertainment, Seven wins Thursday.

Ratings: Seven News, A Current Affair, 7:30 and Gogglebox were all Thursday winners.

Seven had a winning night on Thursday thanks in part to AFL which drew 469,000 across the network with NRL at 388,000 across Nine’s.

But Gogglebox topped entertainment shows and the demos at 540,000 metro viewers.

7:30 led its slot at 462,000 then Back Roads (416,000), Territory Cops (295,000) and Bondi Rescue (285,000).

Seven network won Thursday with 31.1%, Nine 26.6%, 10 19.2%, ABC 15.6% and SBS 7.5%.

Seven News was #1 at 939,000 / 891,000 then The Chase (502,000 / 299,000) and Home & Away (409,000 across the network). The Duke and I was 97,000 in 3 cities.

Nine News (870,000 / 817,000 was best for Nine.  A Current Affair won its slot at 647,000 then Hot Seat (421,000 / 252,000). Mega Zoo was 167,000 in 3 cities, with Emergency at 159,000 across the network.

The Project drew 364,000 / 244,000 for 10. 10 News First was 309,000 / 174,000 with Law & Order: SVU at 206,000.

ABC News  (618,000) was best for ABC. Q+A drew 268,000 then The Drum (170,000) and Kurt Fearnley’s One Plus One (142,000).

On SBS it was SBS World News (183,000 / 128,000), World’s Greatest Bridges (144,000), Trust Me I’m a Doctor (108,000), Mastermind (79,000) and Shadowplay (56,000).

NCIS led multichannels at 144,000.

  1. And yet another abysmal number for Q&A. Maybe they should listen to all the comments made here last week and invoke the apparently much needed change…
