The 90th Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal raised $17,122,879 yesterday -a remarkable amount given the punishing 12 months experienced by Victoria.
Understandable, it was down in last year’s $18,200,000.
Seven presenters include Peter Mitchell, Jane Bunn, Natalie Barr, Larry Emdur, Hamish McLachlan, Mike Amor, Sam Mac and Jacqui Felgate were amongst the presenters of the annual telethon (and the cash cow) with performances from Kate Ceberano, Guy Sebastian, Human Nature, Rob Mills, Lucy Durack and Isaiah Firebrace.
Produced by activeTV, from NEP studios and MCEC, Seven has broadcast the iconic event since 1957.

Don’t know if anyone else noticed, but last night Natalie Barr iterated a few times “oh, will it [be a record], it has been a pretty tough year” and the like, she wasn’t being negative, but hit the nail on the head for Victorians and the Appeal to be realistic and possibly expect a lower result. She’s from interstate and turns out she was correct.
Well done Victoria…👌
Well done Victoria! After an incredibly tough 12 months, look at what we achieved together and for who we achieved it for!
