Married at First Sight, Old People’s Home win Tuesday slots

Ratings: MAFS 'finale' still on top, but it was a dud night for 10.

Not to be confused with The Bachelor, Married at First Sight’s ‘final’ episode ended with several couples agreeing to continue and a cool 1.03m metro viewers still hooked, but 2 reunions may tell another story of who is in for the longer haul.

That was ahead of 7:30 (627,000), Dancing with the Stars: All Stars (588,000), Anh’s Brush with Fame (549,000), leaving The Cube at just 219,000 barely in front of a Who Do You Think You Are? repeat (209,000).

Later Old People’s Home for 4 Year Olds drew 546,000 then Botched (396,000), HRH The Duke Of Edinburgh (323,000) and The Good Doctor (305,000 / 243,000).

Nine network won Tuesday with 32.4% then Seven 26.7%, ABC 19.4%, 10 14.4% and SBS 7.0%.

Nine News was 959,000 / 921,000 for Nine then A Current Affair (740,000) and Hot Seat (464,000 / 281,000). Australian Scandal managed 152,000.

Seven News led its slot at 1.02m / 996,000 for Seven. Home & Away was 605,000 then The Chase (519,000 / 318,000).

ABC News  drew 688,000 for ABC with The Drum at 199,000.

The Project managed (436,000 / 274,000) for 10. 10 News First (358,000 / 226,000) and NCIS (215,000 / 188,000) followed.

On SBS it was SBS World News (196,000 / 158,000), Dateline  (107,000), Insight (102,000), Mastermind (89,000) and The Feed (70,000).

Bluey led multichannels at 193,000.

Sunrise: 257,000
Today: 201,000
News Breakfast: 111,000 / 74,000

  1. I dont think the 2 reunions will dwindle numbers for MAFS. There is quite a bit of interest in what has been going on both on and off the screen. I think it would rate really well over 3 reunion episodes!

  2. I’d forgotten all about The Cube – flipped around last night and didn’t come across it. I stumbled upon The Nevers instead on Showcase. Really enjoyed it although the reviews aren’t great.
