Renewed: Star Trek: Lower Decks

Animated comedy Star Trek: Lower Decks has been renewed for a third season before the second season has debuted.

The series, created by Mike McMahan, is set around low-ranked crew on a Starfleet ship with a voice cast including Tawny Newsome, Jack Quaid, Noël Wells and Eugene Cordero, Dawnn Lewis, Jerry O’Connell and Gillian Vigman.

Paramount+ has handed out a 10 episode third season as part of its First Contact Day.

It screens in Australia on Amazon Prime.
