Season 2 of US drama Pennyworth begins on FOX8 next week.
Set in a dystopian version of ’60s London, it stars Jack Bannon as Alfred Pennyworth, a former British SAS soldier and future Bruce Wayne butler. The series is executive produced by Bruno Heller and Danny Cannon.
While this premiered in the US in December, it resumed in March after 4 episodes.
Alfred Pennyworth tries to profit off a war-torn London that threatens to be overrun by the fascist Raven Union. Alfred’s plans for his departure to America are put on hold when someone close to him is put in danger. Thomas enlists the help of an old foe, Aleister Crowley.
Tuesday May 4 at 8.30pm on FOX8 and on Binge.

Surprisingly enjoyed the 1st season of this. Great to hear that it’s almost back.
every time I scroll thru the site at the moment I see this article and see ‘Wentworth’ and get excited thinking it is nearly time 🙁
