  1. I give big brother the “VIP” and then one season next year and that will be the last.

Challenges are survivor – or IAC at best.
Because the show is filmed in advance they edit the entire series/story arcs to follow the finalists, it takes away the origin of BB itself. You are able to tell within first 10-15mins who is evicted that episode.

At least if they had listened to viewer feedback from last year, that may of helped..
    Opening titles/theme tune
Sonia to talk to evicted housemate at door (what’s her purpose, really?)
    Power of veto
Don’t even get me started on the way the announce the evicted housemate either…

    (Rant over)

  2. Nearly getting three quarters of a million for HYBPA is fantastic! Ten must be cock-a-hoop over the ratings for that show and it has been on air for many years too.

  3. 7’s in a tough situation. CEO, charged with reducing the debt, is obviously trying his hardest to cut costs and cheapen the programming.
Methinks the end result for 7 will be a reputation as the “cheap network”.
But if they’re filling their advertising windows, why should anyone care?

    1. For them to become the cheap network they will need to let go of all the shiny floor and expensive shows, Olympics, AFL etc. When they did the budget version of Xfactor, the show died. Only so much fat you can cut before you start losing ratings. But agree, a tough situation.
