MasterChef, Home & Away ..it’s a quiet Thursday.

Ratings: Just two entertainment shows above 500,000 viewers. Seven wins Thursday.

It was a quiet Thursday of viewing with just two entertainment shows above 500,000 viewers, but the night went to Seven.

MasterChef Australia led entertainment at 522,000 metro viewers and topped the demos, ahead of an extended Home & Away (507,000 from 7pm),  7:30 (498,000) and Back Roads (430,000).

Later The Front Bar (314,000) pipped the first MasterChef Masterclass at 308,000 then Q+A (256,000).

Thursday Night NRL was 389,000 across the network.

Seven network won 27.9% then Nine 26.5%, 10 20.7%, ABC 16.7% and SBS 8.3%.

Seven News was #1 at 995,000 / 970,000 for Seven then The Chase (475,000 / 301,000) then Ramsay’s 24 Hours to Hell and Back (135,000) and The Clown & the Candyman (68,000).

Nine News (881,000 / 826,000) was best for Nine then A Current Affair (645,000) and Hot Seat (476,000 / 283,000), Mega Zoo (186,000 in 3 cities), Emergency (165,000). New Amsterdam was 64,000 in 3 cities.

The Project drew 436,000 / 293,000 for 10. 10 News First was 336,000 / 236,000 with Law & Order: SVU at 150,000.

ABC News (636,000) led for ABC. Sammy J (321,000), The Drum (194,000) and Trump Takes On the World (160,000).

On SBS it was SBS World News (168,000 / 139,000), World’s Greatest Bridges (149,000), The Handmaid’s Tale (121,000 across 2 episodes) and Mastermind (97,000).

Father Brown on 7TWO blessed multichannels with 145,000.

  1. Must be nice not to type Bluey topped the multi channels”. Always interesting how the figures between Hot Seat and The Chase bounce around. Wonder how Larry will impact these.
