Montaigne: “Technicolour” official video

“It’s absolutely gorgeous!" says an excited Montaigne ahead of Eurovision 2021.

Montaigne has released the official music video for her single, Technicolour.

Directed by Courtney Brooks, the eclectic video comes ahead of her performance at the 2021 Eurovision Song Contest. Montaigne co-wrote the song alongside Sydney-based songwriter and producer, Dave Hammer (Lime Cordiale, Thundamentals).

“It’s absolutely gorgeous! Courtney and the team absolutely hauled ass and fully understood the vibe I was trying to encapsulate and I think it’s come off to great effect. One of my favourite things I’ve done to date,” Montaigne said.

Whilst she isn’t travelling to Rotterdam, Australia’s entrant will perform Live on Tape with a new performance (not this official video).

Semi Final 1 – Wednesday 19 May, 5am AEST on SBS.

  2. No wonder they are not bothering to send her to Rotterdam. The song is awful (even worse than last year) & the video looks like a bad student film. Sorry but we have to try harder if we want to stay in Eurovision.
