Seven wins quiet Thursday, MasterChef tops entertainment.

Ratings: Seven News tops Thursday with ACA and MasterChef winning next slots.

MasterChef Australia led in entertainment and the demos at 567,000, ahead of 7:30 (470,000) and Back Roads (430,000).

Later The Front Bar was 349,000 then Q+A (278,000) and Law & Order: SVU (261,000 / 208,000).

Thursday Night NRL was 367,000 across the Nine network.

Seven network won Thursday with 27.2% then Nine 26.8%, 10 20.4%, ABC 17.4% and SBS 8.2%.

Seven News was #1 at 942,000 / 911,000.  Home & Away, coded twice, drew 557,000 /489,000 then The Chase (502,000 / 309,000). The Latest managed 301,000 and 10 Years Younger in 10 Days was 177,000.

Nine News (910,000 / 888,000) was best for Nine. A Current Affair won its slot at 678,000 then Hot Seat (472,000 / 290,000). Paramedics was 176,000 in 3 cities, and New Amsterdam was 84,000 in 3 cities.

The Project pulled 453,000 / 255,000 for 10. 10 News First was 313,000 / 209,000.

ABC News was best for ABC at 561,000. A Life in Pictures (220,000) and The Drum (178,000) followed.

On SBS it was World’s Greatest Bridges (154,000), SBS World News (147,000 / 114,000), Trust Me I’m a Doctor (125,000), The Handmaid’s Tale (117,000) and Mastermind (88,000).

Bluey still leads multichannels at 192,000.

  1. Seven decided to split their triple episode run on a Thursday into 2 ratings? Took them long enough to split it into more than just a 90 minute average. They code a lot of their single episode titles into two (or more) segments for the ratings. lol.
