Seven wins Thursday as race for the week narrows
Ratings: MasterChef, The Chase and Home & Away were best in entertainment. SBS up.

Seven won Thursday night but with a Budget Reply on ABC, some viewers drifted to SBS.
Just 0.1% now splits Seven and Nine for the week.
MasterChef Australia 572,000 an extended Home & Away (500,000 from 7pm), Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? (351,000), Budget Reply (337,000), 7:30 (274,000), and World’s Greatest Bridges (235,000).
Later The Front Bar (339,000) was ahead of Q+AÂ (232,000).
Seven network won Thursday with 30.9% then Nine 24.7%, 10 20.1%, ABC 14.3% and SBS 9.9%.
Seven News was #1 at 968,000 / 934,000 for Seven. The Chase was 534,000 / 329,000 then The Latest (297,000).
Nine News was 886,000 / 873,000 for Nine then A Current Affair (689,000) and Hot Seat (463,000 / 312,000). Emergency pulled just 189,000.
The Project drew 431,000 / 280,000 for 10. 10 News First was 363,000 / 247,000 with Law & Order: SVU at 252,000 / 172,000.
ABC News managed 619,000 for ABC. The Drum (168,000) and Singapore’s Secret Forests With David Attenborough (128,000) followed.
On SBS it was Trust Me, I’m A Doctor (187,000), SBS World News (184,000 / 159,000), The Handmaid’s Tale (124,000) and Mastermind (92,000).
NCIS topped multichannels at just 135,000.
The Morning Show: 132,000 / 74,000
Today Extra: 115,000 / 70,000
Studio 10: 54,000 / 43,000
