10 is really giving viewers a load of Bull lately with double episode repeats continuing across Wednesday night.
10 previously confirmed a new season of Five Bedrooms for Wednesday nights in Q2 but after a backflip -in which it opted to give it a new home on Paramount+- no new series has taken its place.
Instead there are double episodes of Bull this week, next week and the week after at least.
It feels like this has not been planned with much consideration for viewers. Bull has been on Wednesday nights since mid-January, last week drawing up to 252,000 viewers. This compares with Five Bedrooms which was sometimes twice that number in 2019.
It also comes at a time when Bull showrunner Glenn Gordon Caron was dismissed after a studio investigation into an alleged toxic workplace. Co-star Freddy Rodriguez (Benny Colón) also departed under a cloud.

No complaints here….I like Bull….
Ten has been showing double episodes of Bull on Wednesday since the beginning of last year. They have got through S3 and S4 repeats at least twice and stuck S5 infront of repeats when they were available. They have also repeated S16 & 17 of NCIS a couple of times, repeats of NCIS:LA, and repeats of Blue Bloods S9 & 10 though they have now resumed S11 from where it was left last year.
While it would be good to see Five Bedrooms, 8 episodes are going much of an impact on a schedule based around hundreds of epsiodes of CBS procedurals.
I hope the new season of Five Bedrooms comes to Free To Air. I really enjoyed the first season.
10 says no.
That is disgusting in my opinion. There is hardly any Aussie drama on TV and mini series get more drama points, but they are only for a short time.
When funding is provided by tax payers to subsidise Aussie drama production, then Ch10, should make it available on free to air (I am assuming government assistance was provided for the second season).
Time to reboot The Secret Life Of Us or Number 96. We need a good Aussie adult drama which was where Wonderland was heading. Miss that show. Pacific Drive was a great guilty pleasure.
Yes Secret life of us & Pacific Drive were such great shows.
Ten needs to stop relying on US junk (hard with US owners of network)..start commissioning more local content (Not reality shows).
I think it’s only called Paramoount+ in Canada aye. 😋
You have made my day 😁
This is ridiculous honestly. Australian programming should come first but to shaft it to P+ which lets face it, is what Channel 10 have done here, is a load of Bull really.. No wonder they’re where they are in the ratings, 3rd sometimes 4th place.
Ch 10 are idiots. There’s no other way to say it. What’s going on with My life is murder? That’s supposed to have a second season. Why don’t they put that on in that time slot? They must have something they can put on instead of Bull repeats? Even Seal Team. It came back early this year then disappeared after 2 or 3 episodes. Come on 10. Do better.
MLiM will now be an Acorn TV premiere. 10 should get a second window.
Oh ok. Thanks.
To be fair to Ten, this season they have screened the new episodes of Bull within days of their telecast in the US.
