Former Married at First Sight cast member Stacey Hampton has been fined $1000 after breaching COVID-19 related travel rules when she travelled from Adelaide to Melbourne on a shopping spree.
Hampton, 27, who featured in the 2020 season of the Nine reality series, was charged in April 2020 with three counts of failing to comply with a direction after travelling interstate when she should have been self-isolating.
At the time, essential travellers were allowed to enter South Australia without quarantine. Non-essential travellers needed to self-isolate for 14 days.
Including court fees, a total amount of $1676 must be paid by mid-July. Two other counts against her for the same charge were dropped.

Only $1000? That’s like one cent to her. Absolute joke.
