Line in the Sand for Paramount+

Eight-part Israeli crime thriller Line in the Sand has been picked up by Paramount+.

Created by Rotem Shamir and Yuval Yefet, the series is described as a cautionary tale of obsession, sacrifice and how one detective’s quest for justice shifts his moral compass to the extent that he loses himself.

A second series has also been ordered by Keshet International.

The title was also chosen by the Monte-Carlo TV Festival for its official selection and was nominated for a Golden Nymph Award in Monaco this week.

Paramount+ is launching in Australia on August 11.
