Andy whips up a miso butter scallop dish as well as a tasty crab flat bread, while Jock shows the contestants how they can use a pressure cooker by demonstrating a jus and consommé.
Melissa is joined by guest chef Nornie Bero from Melbourne’s Mabu Mabu. Nornie’s goal is to make native flora and fauna menu stars rather than support acts. Today, Nornie demonstrates a sweet native ingredient dessert, pakalolo, featuring cassava and banana and served with coconut panna cotta.
