Swimming’s greatest rivalry ignites as Ariarne Titmus and Katie Ledecky hit the water for the first time in Tokyo in the women’s 400m freestyle.

In a basketball bonanza, the Boomers open their medal quest against Nigeria, before the powerhouse USA team takes on France.

After toppling Argentina, the Olyroos bid to continue their outstanding start to Tokyo 2020 when they square off against Spain.

6.20pm Men’s Basketball: AUS v Nigeria and then USA v France

8.00pm Swimming: Ariarne Titmus, Tamsyn Cook and American Katie Ledecky in Women’s 400m freestyle, Kaylee McKeown and Emily Seebohm in Women’s 100m backstroke, Mitch Larkin in Men’s 100m backstroke

8.30pm Men’s Football: AUS v Spain

  1. TV coverage has been fine son far. It would be good if their app was working properly. Lots of small little issues… it’s not that easy to navigate. Massive timing problems. And the turnaround of replays are not that great. Feel like they needed to build a seperate app and move it from the 7plus app.
