Former SKY News and Nine presenter Janine Perrett is guest host for Monday’s Media Watch.

She was briefly visible in the end of this week’s Media Bites report, snappily hosted this week by James Valentine.

“We’d like to welcome Janine Perrett who’ll be hosting Media Watch next week,” ABC tweeted.

“Janine comes with 40 plus years in journalism, including roles with Channel Nine, Sydney Morning Herald, Sky News, The Australian and Crikey.”

They always say you should never take a holiday in media….

Monday’s episode airs at 9:30 following a 60th anniversary episode of Four Corners.

  1. Did Janine Perrett ever do Sky News After Dark or just daytime programs?

    If she does have After Dark experience, that would be a really bad fit for Media Watch.
