Paralympics delivers 7mate share, The Block leads entertainment.

Paralympics draws some viewers away from usual primetime shows.

A number of primetime shows were down last night with Paralympics on 7mate delivering a 9.6% share. In primetime it drew 374,000 / 316,000 / 176,000 metro viewers.

For the first time this season The Block has managed a win in its timeslot, although at 668,000 it is 10,000 viewers less than last Wednesday.

That was ahead of Hard Quiz 568,000, 7:30 (560,000), The Bachelor (445,000) and Nurses (421,000).

Later RFDS 465,000 won its slot then Question Everything (453,000), Paramedics (449,000) Rosehaven (371,000), and What Does Australia Really Think About? (240,000).

Seven network won Wednesday with 32.7% then Nine 27.8%, 10 & ABC both 15.7% and SBS 8.2%.

Seven News was #1 at 1.17m / 1.12m for Seven. Home & Away drew 637,000 then The Chase (584,000 / 388,000). The Rookie was 214,000.

Nine News was best for Nine at 1.07m / 997,000 then A Current Affair (718,000). Hot Seat pulled 476,000 / 302,000. In select cities were Footy Classified (118,000) and Australian Crime Stories (106,000).

The Project was 479,000 / 267,000. 10 News First pulled 357,000 / 226,000. Bull continues to let down the team at 175,000 / 126,000 -dead last in its slot.

ABC News drew 696,000 for ABC. Would I Lie to You? (256,000) and The Drum (117,000) followed.

On SBS it was SBS World News (193,000 / 134,000), Tony Robinson’s World by Rail (168,000) and War of the Worlds (89,000).
