SKY News Melbourne studio was the subject of a COVID scare yesterday, meaning neither Credlin nor Friday Showdown with Rita Panahi and Nicholas Reece, were able to broadcast.
Chris Smith filled in for Peta Credlin and crossed to her at home, as she advised she would be back on air Monday night given the situation is now “all clear”.

Most of the presenters are vaccinated anyways (they have said on air they are) so probably nothing to worry about.
Couldn’t have happened to a nicer network…
…but seriously, hopefully people at that network take this a little more seriously now and don’t just think it’s a left wing fairy tale designed to scare little children into eating their vegetables.
Oh that’s why, I was abit confused when instead of the Friday showdown opener, it was the afternoon agenda opener that came on.
Yeah I was the same and then the tv guide on foxtel updated but the news host didn’t mention anything until Credlin was on and Chris Smith explained
