According to the Daily Telegraph the AFL Grand Final will be seen at 7:30pm Saturday September 25.
That would mean a 5:30pm start at Optus Stadium in Perth.
It will also pit it against an NRL Preliminary Final at Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane.
The Herald Sun also reports Brian Taylor and James Brayshaw will enter a 14-day quarantine in WA to call the game, while “some of Daisy Pearce, Wayne Carey, Abbey Holmes and Luke Hodge will join them.”
Details are yet to be confirmed by either code.
Update: AFL executives met with Seven on Monday afternoon and agreed bounce time is between 7.00 and 7.20pm AEST.

That should make Eddie happy why all of these ch7 people were allowed in and he wasn’t?
Agree wit this. Hopefully we are back to a traditional 3:20 start in 2022…
The Traditional start is 2.10
Sorry but you’re wrong. It traditionally starts at 2.30
No. A traditional Grand Final was 2.10
Only recently has it been 2.30
If it’s a rating bonanza, there’s a huge incentive for Seven to lobby for night grand finals from now on.
