Sport seals ratings week

Paralympics & AFL add to Seven's week, while The Block lifted for Nine.

Sport helped Seven to another win last week.

While the Paralympics saw 7mate attract a 6.6% weekly share, Saturday night’s Brisbane Lions v. Western Bulldogs match scored the biggest AFL audience this year.

The Voice again led in entertainment stakes, although Nine saw The Block at a season high on Wednesday. Australian Survivor topped 10’s week.

After a tie on Wednesday, Sunrise finished the week at 275,000 to Today‘s 244,000.

Seven led the demos 16-39 and 25-54.

Seven won every night except Wednesday which fell to Nine. ABC bettered 10 on Wednesday, Friday & Saturday.

Seven won all 5 cities (including with a 0.1% win in Sydney).
