Season 7 of Bosch has its Free to Air broadcast next week on SBS.
This marks the final season of the Titus Welliver drama but a spin-off is coming in which Harry embarks on the next chapter of his career.
Detective Harry Bosch is a former special forces officer who now works as a homicide detective in the Hollywood Division of the LAPD. For Harry Bosch, there are no small crimes – and the one that starts off the final season of ‘Bosch’ will drag him all the way back to his origins.
Episode One: Brazen
It’s New Year’s Eve, and while Los Angeles celebrates, a fire breaks out in an East Hollywood apartment building killing several residents, including a ten-year-old girl. When it’s determined to be arson, Detective Harry Bosch arrives on the scene but his partner, Detective Jerry Edgar, is noticeably absent.
11pm Monday, 11 October on SBS.

The spin-off is apprently going to run on IMDB TV – which isn’t yet available in Australia, as far as I can see. Let’s hope SBS still get to run it here.
Such an under-rated series. Watched this series 7 on SBS OnDemand and can only hop that the spin-off series happens. The relationship between Bosch and his daughter, evolving as she has grown older, has been an integral part of its appeal.
‘Yay!’
Same
This last season of Bosch is still on my list of 2021 TV shows to watch, it will be missed as I still regard Bosch as one of a few TV series which I can binge watch without noticing the time passing, it will be over before you realise it. I will be interested to see what Titus Welliver plans to do post Bosch, hopefully it will be a bot more than playing an Imperial Captain in The Mandalorian.
