SA Media Awards 2021: winners

ABC News, Nine News and Seven News were winners in annual South Australian awards.

ABC News, Nine News and Seven News were winners in the South Australian Media Awards on the weekend.

ABC journalist Gabriella Marchant (pictured) won three prizes including the Gold Award.

ABC’s SA News Editor Claire Mackay: “These stories across platforms were important stories, profoundly moving and beautifully told.”

A Lifetime Achievement Award was also awarded to sporting commentator Ken “KG” Cunningham.
