Rob Brydon is back in the host’s chair for a very special Christmas episode of Would I Lie to You? screening tomorrow.

This week, guests Jo Brand, Joe Swash, Joe Lycett and Ruth Madeley join Lee Mack and David Mitchell to sort the festive facts from the fibs.

9pm Thursday December 9 on ABC TV Plus.

  1. It would be nice to have some other comedy Christmas specials for other shows like HYBPA? and The Cheap Seats too.

    One thing that they should do on Would I Lie to You? is provide evidence or verify if the story is true, if it’s actually not a lie because some of the stories are very far fetched and unbelievable. Sometimes I have a difficult time believing if the stories were actually true, even when they bring in the guests and guess the association with the panellists. Anything like photos, letters, newspaper articles etc. would do. That would also be a good point of difference if they can pick that up for the Australian version that was announced for Ten Network next year.
