Report: Erin Molan off NRL hosting

Erin Molan will stick with presenting Sport on Nine News Sydney on Friday and Saturday nights, in a scaled-back role at the network, according to reports.

The Australian reports she will no longer front NRL due to a busy schedule across both Nine and Southern Cross Austereo,

Molan has worked a gruelling seven days a week over the past year, including as co-host of the 2DayFM Morning Crew breakfast show. Sundays included hosting the NRL Sunday Footy Show, and Nine’s 4pm NRL game the same day.

She also launched a defamation case against the Daily Mail this year.

The Australian suggests Danika Mason and James Bracey are now likely to take her Sunday NRL shifts.
