The Grammy Awards has a new date and new venue for 2022 due to the growing omicron variant.
The show has been rescheduled from January 31 to April 3 (USA), a week after the Academy Awards, at the MGM Grand Garden Arena -the first time it has been held in Las Vegas.
It was scheduled to take place at the Crypto.com Arena (formerly the Staples Center) in Los Angeles but the venue is booked up every weekend until early May.
Trevor Noah is still set to return as host.
As a result of the Grammy change, the CMT Awards will now move from April 3 to a later date in April.
Seven will screen the Grammy Awards in Australia.
