Over 2.5 million votes were submitted for triple J's Hottest 100.

rage presents triple j’s Hottest 100 of 2021 as voted by listeners, tonight.

It doesn’t matter if you already know the winner because, really, it’s just the perfect excuse for a second round of Hottest 100 partying and, with over 2.5 million votes submitted, 25 Hottest 100 debutantes, and 54 Australian artists making their way onto the coveted list, this is one celebration that needs to be repeated. 

12;15am Saturday on ABC.

    1. That has often been an issue for The Hottest 100 on Rage as some are album tracks or they’re too obscure to have an official music video. It’s not like the ARIA charts which are mostly single releases. An idea could be to have in-house music videos made as was done on SBS’ Alchemy some years ago when they showed the dance charts as there were some really obscure club records. Or get the artists to quickly fix up some footage before the televised countdown.

      I remember Rage had obtained some footage from when Pearl Jam’s Last Kiss made it into The Hottest 100 countdown for the televised countdown as there might not have been an official music video for the song.
