Former Australian women’s captain Lisa Sthalekar, said “England is a side that believes it can beat Australia. Its players know they can compete against the best and Australia is the best at the moment.

Over the next four days on Channel 7, the Aussies led by Meg Lanning, Ellyse Perry and Alyssa Healy will battle for an indisputable six-point lead over England, to secure the ultimate prize. Only six points remain on offer after this Test in the three-match ODI series.

Seven’s coverage will again be led by cricket’s #1 commentary team, which for the Women’s Ashes features Alison Mitchell, Alister Nicholson and Andy Maher in lead commentary, with experts Lisa Sthalekar, Holly Ferling, Kirby Short, Emma Inglis, Brad Hodge, Trent Copeland and Isabella Westbury.
