Seems Putin and the UN Security Council addresses outrated Clive.
What was most concerning was that it was reported in the press that ABC was going to delay the broadcast and not broadcast it live because they didn’t like what they thought he was going to say. I don’t vote for UAP though he is an eligible candidate with registered party and should be afforded the same respect they have given to other candidates. It’s very undemocratic.
ABC statement: “Under the ABC’s arrangement with the National Press Club the weekly main event held on Wednesday is carried live on ABC NEWS Channel and at 12.30pm local time on the ABC main channel. The broadcast of other events depends on the schedule.”
I see. Thanks for verifying, David. It was said by journalist Nick Tabakoff that “a rare editorial decision was made at the highest levels of the ABC to not screen Palmer’s address live on the main channel or news channel.” Though come to think of it, I have seen National Press Club being broadcast before on the main ABC channel at 2pm. It goes to show that it’s best to verify information given in the press and not believe it at face value because of the perceived importance of the source.
Hahah
Is he going to blame Mark McG
