Ahead of the Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras this week, Club MTV is temporarily rebranding as MTV PRIDE.

MTV has a solid history of recognising the event through its music programming.

From Monday, 28 February to Sunday, 6 March MTV PRIDE will be jam packed with hosted countdowns and party playlists that celebrate iconic artists, anthems and ultimate party starters.

Fabulous Melbourne drag duo, Jawbreakers will put a pep in your step with their daily drag brunch countdowns. Internet sensation, Peach PRC is dropping by to give us her 15 favourite Pride party starters and International superstar, Calum Scott has curated the ultimate pride party playlist. To top it off, we’ve pulled together every song you’ll need to celebrate with an epic Mardi Gras Party countdown that kicks off on Saturday, 5 March at 5pm.
