TV drag competitions Queen of the Universe and RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars were both renewed for new seasons last week as part of Paramount’s hefty announcements.
Queen of the Universe hosted by Graham Norton gets a second season.
“The international drag singing competition is back! Watch the world’s fiercest drag queens perform for a live audience, compete for the crown & a cash prize of $250K! High heels, high octaves, and high stakes: Season 2 of @queenofuniverse is coming to #ParamountPlus,” Paramount posted on Twitter.
It also screens in Australia on Paramount+.
RuPaul’s Drag Race: All Stars will return for a seventh season.
It screens in Australia on Stan.

Should we perhaps expect that the Drag Race franchise will move to Paramount+ once the existing agreement with Stan finishes?
You can bet your bottom dollar Stan will be doing their best to keep the franchise for as long as possible….. Especially with Stan funding the Down Under edition…… for most people in my circle its the only reason we all have Stan.
I think the majority of Stan subscribers signed up just for Drag Race franchises. I have Stan only because of this. A lot of people I know said the same. There’s no way Stan can survive without Drag Race. It’s their moneymakers. 🤡
