On Sunday’s Crime Investigation Australia, the story of a murder in racing circles.
With the recent death of the legendary bookmaker, Bill Waterhouse, this shocking story of murder and corruption finally can be told. Thirty-five years ago, a likeable horse trainer from Sydney, George Brown, was horribly tortured, his mutilated body found in a burnt-out sedan beside a freeway south of Sydney. He appeared to have been force-fed alcohol by his killers, as they twisted and broke his arms and legs. He suffered several blows to the head before being locked in the boot and the car set on fire. His killers were never found, and the murder was filed away as a cold case.
8:45pm Sunday on Seven.

Im loving the new season shame the ratings are low.
Wasn’t this case featured in Series 3 of Underbelly? (the “Golden Mile” series)
