Gogglebox, MasterChef best in Thursday entertainment.

10 shows top timeslots and demos, although Seven still walks away with Thursday share.

10 entertainment shows managed a two-pronged win on Thursday, although it wasn’t quite enough to claim the night from Seven.

Gogglebox drew 543,000 metro viewers with MasterChef Australia at 510,000, its best numbers so far, with both leading timeslots and demos.

7:30 followed the cooking contest at 447,000 then Home & Away (433,000 / 369,000 extended from 7pm) and Foreign Correspondent (399,000).

Elsewhere The Front Bar drew 312,000 then Q+A (256,000).

Thursday Night NRL managed 316,000 across the network.

Seven network won Thursday with 26.9% then Nine 25.9%, 10 21.7%, ABC 16.7% and SBS 8.7%.

Seven News was #1 at 910,000 / 898,000 for Seven with The Chase at 500,000 / 308,000 and The Latest at 261,000. Ramsay’s 24 Hours to Hell & Back was 115,000.

Nine News (824,000 / 781,000) led for Nine. A Current Affair was 563,000 then Hot Seat 419,000 / 280,000. In select cities were RBT (165,000), Emergency (143,000) and Casualty 24/7 (102,000).

The Project pulled 370,000 / 209,000 for 10. 10 News First was 265,000 / 173,000. A Cheap Seats replay was 201,000.

ABC News won its slot at 611,000. The Drum (167,000) and One Plus One (125,000) followed.

On SBS it was World’s Most Scenic River Journeys (188,000), SBS World News (177,000 / 132,000), Ancient Invisible Cities (135,000), Mastermind (97,000) and Four Lives (72,000).

7TWO’s Father Brown led multichannels at 125,000.

Studio 10: 40,000 /

In Total TV numbers last Thursday both Gogglebox and MasterChef were up 30%.
